About us

Café de L'Asie first opened as a small kitchen in the collective: kitchens & cocktails in July of 2019. Our founder, Chef Vuong Nguyen, successfully auditioned for the space by dazzling the judges with his culinary prowess and flair.

That prowess and flair is evident in every item on our menu. Chef Vuong's unique ability to blend the foods and flavors of different cultures - along with his drive for perfection and attention to even the smallest details - has earned him wide recognition throughout the Oklahoma City area and beyond.
